Exchange & Return Policy

As a small nonprofit organization, we are able to offer a limited returns/exchanges policy for our Keya Gift Shop and E-Store social enterprises.

If an item arrives with any damage, please return it to CRYP with a written statement identifying the damage. We will replace it and ship the new item to you free of charge. Or, at your request, we will reimburse the purchase price and cost of return shipping.

In the case of a unique piece of art, we might not be able to replace your exact item. If that is the case, we will reimburse your purchase price and cost of return shipping.

If you purchase clothing and discover that you require a different size, please return the item and we will replace it with the correct size. If we do not have the correct size in stock, we will reimburse your purchase price and cost of return shipping.

In order to be eligible for refund or exchange, any food products shall be sealed in their original packaging when returned to CRYP.

Nothing in this Policy shall be legally binding upon CRYP.  CRYP retains sole discretion to determine when a customer is entitled to a refund or exchange, with such discretion subject only any restrictions or limitations under applicable law.

Please request your return or exchange within 30 days of your original purchase.  Requests received more than 30 days after your original purchase will not be eligible for return or exchange.
