As many of you know, the Covid pandemic shut down our long-running volunteer program, and we have been working hard to rebuild it. We’ve been honored to welcome many volunteers this summer, and in the coming days, we’ll be introducing you to them — the ones who came during the summer months and have since returned home, and the ones who remain with us.

To start, we’d like to introduce you to Noelle Barry and her 16-year-old son, Kal, who volunteered with us this summer. They came to us from New Jersey; Noelle actually was a CRYP volunteer in 2001, and she dreamed of returning with her son. They were very happy to be here. She said, “Everyone is kind, and it is amazing to see how much CRYP has expanded in 23 years! It is great to see what a wonderful community CRYP is, and how much it offers.”
